Ammoniac or Gum Ammoniac is a whitish yellowish gum resin derived from Dorema Ammoniacum plant, naturally forming in tears or granule form, it has a very strong peculiar smell with sharp acrid taste
Origin of Iran and Afghanistan, it is widely used in incense manufacturing, perfume and medicine.
It is soluble in water, ethanol and vinegar.
